Flowing Thought Question

They pretty much got rid of the Flowing Thought designation. You've got 5 ways of passively regenerating mana. 1st, is your inate regeneration. You get a certain amount just standing based on your level. 2nd, is meditation. You get this by sitting. It's also a fixed amount. 3rd is from your AA's. 3 levels of Mental Clarity and 5 levels of Mental Serenity. 4th is from your gear. We all are allowed 15 points of mana regeneration from our gear to start. You can increase this by 10 to a total of 25 via aa's. 5th is via buffs. Clickies, potions, Druid skin line, Enchanter clarity line, Beastlords, etc.
