Parsing Sloth agro

What would be the best way to establish the actual agro generated by Sloth procs? I'm thinking, sloth my shaman, get proximity agro on a mob (maybe that first drake in the Nest, easy proxy/single pull), wait for x number of procs (5, 10?) then use a spell with a known amount of agro and see how many uses it takes to draw agro. This sound feasible?

This might be an interesting read for you then:
Sloth FTW.

You'll have to prox agro, have someone else root the mob and slow it, and then go stand in melee to count the resist messages to see how much it procs while root wears off, and then have the eskay agro off of you. All that initial mess because afaik, Sloth Trigger still doesn't have an emote.

sloth only has a worn off message, but it does show a graffic when it procs, swirling star-like stuff...cant use a parser to count it, but you might be able to visually co it

As Brohg said if the attacking mob is slowed you will get messages that your sloth proc cannot take hold. The generated hate should still be the same.

I'd love to see these numbers too. My brain is kinda hazy this late, but I seem to remember from reading the TSW combat effects and proc posts that slow generates about 600 hate, while sloth generates 400 per.
Here is a classic post on testing hate generated by various means:

Using an SK to test aggro is a time-honored way, since we know exactly how much hate they generate, and can see exactly when the mob turns to them after aggroing someone else.

The SK or warrior needs to remove any gear with furious bash effects on them, since those modify spell/bash hate.
