If so, does it affect the caster, the user or both ?
I expect the focus has to be worn by the person actually proccing the spell, so it will work for me if I am wearing the focus and cast panther on myself but it would not work for people I cast the buff on if they are not wearing the focus right ?

Plus a not-so-serious question ... the Band of Broken Vows from the Roley/Adriana event shows a +20 to Bash damage and I always thought that shaman got 1 point in the bash skill. I don't see it listed under Combat Skills at Casters Realm, but I have a fading memory of trying to use this skill in the deserts of Ro to stop casters from healing/gating!! Maybe I was dreaming ... but would this mean I could do 21 bash damage ! ?
