Rank 3 spells - how does your guild handle them?

Out of curiosity really:

There are so many rank 3 spells that people need, it would take ages for a guild to do enough raids for everyone to have the ones they need most. Plus the hand in order seems fairly arbitrary.

Unlike OoW where the runes were 1 groupable as well as raid dropped, these rank 3 runes can only be obtained from raid mobs.

So - how does your guild handle the distribution of these spells?
