Five levels over cap should always bring you to half of the max focus (except for spell haste, that brings you to three quarters).

So why is my dire only getting a 10% bump. Its a 30% focus? bug?

Bulwark of the Dragorn, Limit: Max Level(70) (lose 10% per level over cap)

5 (levels) x 10 (%/level) = 50% off of the focus; it should be reduced from 30% to 15%.

Would it not be (30)(0.9^5) = 17.7 ?

Or am I misunderstanding the foci decay?

Ok. I always thought it was 10% of applied (not original) focus but did not care enough to check it out

Have you got the SCR up to SCRM AA's too for another 50%?
Not in game so I cant check but isnt the actual base duration 80 mins not 120.
So with bulwark you should get 65% total which is 52 mins. 80 + 52 = 132.

The base duration is indeed 80 min according to http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/spel ... pell=10056 (1h 20m).

Lol... and that kids, is what happens when you read 1:20 as 120 hehe.
