As you can see, those are the prices with 345 CHA. Be careful when buying them because unless you hit CTRL when hitting buy, you wil get a pop up trying to sell you 20 copies. They are no drop so you can't sell them back. Since you probably will be taking a few kpp to get all that you need, you can very easily end up buying 20 of one spell if you don't watch out. It can be a very costly mistake.

Ok. does anyone know if I have to have the lvl 1 spell written before I can write the next level? Some, like the heal, are useless right now since I have AWM w/ COA focus, but I would buy the raid version later when I have the focus for it.

You could skip the Tier1 all together and just get the Tier 2 or 3 drops if you want. You don't need Tier 1 to get the other Tiers.
