Focii does not affect the extra spell, mammoth. Dunno why, just that's what the dev said during beta. I guess it's treated as a recourse or some such.

Effects have to be in first slot 1 of a spell or they don't work. Currently EQ does not allow you to have +damage% and +dodge% in 1 buff (well, you can have them on the spell, but you only get the effect from the lowest numbered).
I'd expect (hope) in the fullness of time when(if) they change to code to support this that the 2 buffs would be folded into 1.
