Best place to get level 69 and 70 spells

Well, EQ has taken me on a crazy ride recently.
From quitting late last year to restarting a couple of months ago - then to starting up my girlfriend's shadowknight account so I could dual box - then cancelling said second account because I didn't want to dual box any more - to having to decide if my level 70 enchanter, level 69 shaman, or level 66 cleric would be my main ... *gasps for breath*
Anyway, that leads me to the here and now. I gave each of my 3 characters a chance to decide what I would enjoy playing the most -
The cleric was fun but too low level (I really don't want to have to work through levels 66 to 70 again
) and too one dimensional. I really don't want to sit on my ass healing over and over and over again.
The enchanter is my first character ever in EQ (oh so many years ago!) and is still a blast to play - but the game has changed too much. Crowd control doesn't have the excitement of the Sebilis days, and the joy of having a mez resist followed by being one rounded by a mob doesn't top my scale of 'things to do'.
And then there's Idracab, my shaman ... It's as though this is the class designed specifically for me. I love being able to step up and be the main healer if the cleric goes afk or needs a med break. I love off tanking or root parking if we have two mobs in camp. I love logging on and actually getting tells for groups. There's so much to do as a shaman, and so many different ways to do it - it's a surprisingly subtle class with incredibly power. A poorly played shaman can be replaced by an enchanter, beastlord, or bard - a well played shaman can't be replaced. That's how I see it at least.
So far my favourite 'shaman moment' occurred in MPG - got 2 mobs in camp. Cleric (literally) went out of mana after about 3 heals - was pretty pathetic actually. Then he got smooshed running around when a mob got aggro on him. I ended up keeping the warrior and the ranger alive spamming heals and hots, until the ranger got smooshed from 25% to dead before my quick heal could land. So I tanked that mob for a few seconds while the warrior finished off his mob - in the end the cleric and ranger were dead, but everybody else was alive, and I was still at 50% hp and mana. I felt I could've kept that up all night.
I think that was the moment I decided "yeah, this is how I want to play EQ."
Last night I got into a really good mostly single guild group. At the end of the night, they asked me to apply to their guild, which has been around for a few years now and is actively raiding. And I thought - yeah, I want to start raiding again. So there ya have it - I've decided my shaman is now my main character, and I want to start getting ready to be productive in a raiding guild.
So to the gist of this post - I have yet to win a roll on a greater or glowing rune in OoW, and I feel that the addition of those level 69 and 70 spells would be incredibly useful going forward. So with that in mind, does anybody know of a particular camp or zone in either OoW or DoD that drops runes like rain? (or at least like a light shower?)
Thanks.
