Anyway, that leads me to the here and now. I gave each of my 3 characters a chance to decide what I would enjoy playing the most -
The cleric was fun but too low level (I really don't want to have to work through levels 66 to 70 again

The enchanter is my first character ever in EQ (oh so many years ago!) and is still a blast to play - but the game has changed too much. Crowd control doesn't have the excitement of the Sebilis days, and the joy of having a mez resist followed by being one rounded by a mob doesn't top my scale of 'things to do'.

And then there's Idracab, my shaman ... It's as though this is the class designed specifically for me. I love being able to step up and be the main healer if the cleric goes afk or needs a med break. I love off tanking or root parking if we have two mobs in camp. I love logging on and actually getting tells for groups. There's so much to do as a shaman, and so many different ways to do it - it's a surprisingly subtle class with incredibly power. A poorly played shaman can be replaced by an enchanter, beastlord, or bard - a well played shaman can't be replaced. That's how I see it at least.

Last night I got into a really good mostly single guild group. At the end of the night, they asked me to apply to their guild, which has been around for a few years now and is actively raiding. And I thought - yeah, I want to start raiding again. So there ya have it - I've decided my shaman is now my main character, and I want to start getting ready to be productive in a raiding guild.
So to the gist of this post - I have yet to win a roll on a greater or glowing rune in OoW, and I feel that the addition of those level 69 and 70 spells would be incredibly useful going forward. So with that in mind, does anybody know of a particular camp or zone in either OoW or DoD that drops runes like rain? (or at least like a light shower?)
Thanks.
