What is your lineup?

Just curious as to what other shaman use as their MAIN spell lineup for xp / mission groups. And a comparison to where you have your spells mem'd.

I myself, use the following:

1. Turgur's Insects
2. Malos
3. Balance of Discord
4. Spiritual Serenity
5. Yoppa's Mending
6. Spirit of the Leopard
7. Cripple
8. Curse of Sisslak
9. Pained Memory

Bold spells are always up during hunting/traveling.
Then there's the buff spell sets (single and group).
Then there's my travel set:

1. Invisibility
2. Greater Immobilize
3. Balance of Discord
4. Spiritual Serenity
5. Yoppa's Mending
6. Levitation
7. Spirit Veil
8. Gate
9. Pained Memory

Also, I have my Solo setups:

1. Malos
2. Petrifying Earth
3. Balance of Discord
4. Spiritual Serenity
5. Yoppa's Mending
6. Blood of Yoppa
7. Blood of Saryrn
8. Curse of Sisslak
9. Pained Memory

Sebilis:

1. Hungry Plague
2. Ice Age (switched with Lingering Sloth when needed)
3. Turgur's Insects
4. Spiritual Serenity
5. Yoppa's Mending
6. Spirit of the Leopard
7. Breath of Antraygus
8. Curse of Sisslak
9. Pained Memory

What do you guys set up with usually?

1. Serenity
2. Balance of Discord
3. Malos
4. SLTW / T of Replenishment / Blood of Yoppa
5. Sisslak
6. Leopard
7. Crippling Spasm
8. Pained Memory
9. Yoppa's Mending

This asumes a fairly slow-paced group. If it's faster, I'll drop a DoT for something more suitable. If mobs are a bugger to slow, or are coming in multiples, I'll add Turgurs in there somewhere too.

1. Ancient Wilslik's Mending
2. Spiritual Serenity
3. Balance of Discord
4. Ancient Ancestral Calling

5. Yoppa's Spear of Venom (this is my normal trade-out slot for a single spell)
6. Panther (Occasionally switched out)
7. Malos
8. Champion (I usually leve this up so it's available if GoM triggers and I don't need it for a heal, etc. but trade it out sometimes)
9. Greater Immobilize (fast, -30 MR root, I usually change this to a cure spell as needed on raids).

I have a couple sets I frequently swap in for brief times:

Single Target buffs:

5. Fortitude
6. Sense
9. Wunshi

Group Buffs:
5. Talisman of Fortitude
6. Talisman of Sense
7. Talisman of Might
8. Talisman of the Tribunal
9. Talisman of Wunshi

I've also got a couple single target buffs that are hotkeyed for quick swapping into slot 5:

Swift like the Wind
Might
Perserverance

I realise that the order doesn't make much sense. Mianly it's how I've grown accustomed to my spells being loaded over the last 5 years. While the exact spell changes from time to time, the highlighted slots are almost always allocated to that type of spell. I always know that Alt-1 is a quick heal, alt-2 is a HoT, alt-3 is Slow and alt-7 is malos. 5 is hotkeyed to Canni, simply because it was the last key before a gap on the keyboard I use and that is the spell I cast most prior to Pained Memory - I had to replace 2 keyboards due to a worn out 5 key!

Main XP Line Up:

1. Balance of Discord
2. Malos
3. Ancient Ancestral Calling
4. Ancient Wisilik's Mending
5. Spiritual Serentiy
6. Greter Immobolize
7. Utility / Damage 1
8. Utility / Damage 2
9. Spirt of the Panther / Champion as needed for refreshing

Spells in bold never change.

For slots 7 and 8 I find that the spells I mem are very situational, Nukes, DoT's, AE Rains or AE Slow as it's needed. It really all depends on the group, what we are fighting, the MoB's resists and how long the MoBs live on average. I also use these two slots for rebuffing.

I never ever demem Root when xping, I don't typically have a chanter or a bard in most groups so I find myself doing cc' duties more often than not. Even when I do have a bard or enchanter I find that root still saves lives.

For Soloing I have two spell sets:

Root Rot Pull:

1. Turgur's Insects
2. Malos
3. Ancient Ancestral Calling
4. Ancient Wilsilik's Mending
5. Spiritual Serenity
6. Greater Immobolize
7. Paralyzing Earth
8. Malosinia
9. Malicious Decay

Again Spells in Bold don't change.

I pull with Malos or Malicious Decay, Root em and then load up the debuffs then sit and swap to this spell set and load up 6 DoT's:

Root Rot Kill:

1. Curse of Sisslak
2. Bane
3. Ancient Ancestral Calling
4. Ancient Wilsilik's Mending
5. Breath of Wunshi
6. Greater Immobolize
7. Nectar of Pain
8. Blood of Yoppa
9. Breath of Ultor

Mobs die pretty fast.

For Groups and Raids it always looks like this with the open slot varying on what the content is like that I'm doing. I always pester my raid leaders to put me in melee heavy groups.

1-Yoppa
2-Balance
3-P. Earth
4-Champion
5-Serenity
6-Panther
7-**Open**
8-Canni
9-Malos

For soloing I have two spell sets First is Disease...

1-Yoppa
2-Balance
3-P. Earth
4-Putrid Decay
5-Serenity
6-Breath of Wunshi
7-Breath of Ulthor
8-Canni
9-Malos

Pull with Balance, VP in place, Malos, TA, PD then both DoT's then for the remainder of the fight I swap to my Short DoT spell set...

1-Yoppa
2-Balance
3-P. Earth
4-Blood of Yoppa
5-Serenity
6-Curse of Sisslak
7-Bane
8-Canni
9-Blood of Saryn

Then I just work those 4 DoTs over and over, re-root with PE after a couple mins so I have VP up and rdy to go on the next pull.

/mem base
1. Balance of Discord
4. Spiritual Serenity
8. Ancient Wilslik's Mending
9. Ancient Ancestral Calling

/mem 1
2. Malos
3. Spirit of the Panther
5. Champion

/mem Gate
6. Gate

/mem Invisibility
7. Spirit Veil

/mem Single
2. Primal Essence
3. Spirit of Might
5. Spirit of Sense
6. Spirit of Fortitude
7. Wunshi's Focussing

/mem buffs
3. Talisman of Wunshi
6. Talisman of Sense
7. Talisman of Fortitude

/mem dots
2. Bane
3. Curse of Sisslak
5. Blood of Yoppa
6. Nectar of Pain
7. Blood of Saryrn

The most typical spells for 6 & 7 are Nectar of Pain and Curse of Sisslak, but there's no spell set for that because they're in the swap slots that vary a lot by content. Greater Immobilize/Petrifying Earth, Putrid Decay, Idol of Malos, Lingering Sloth, RGC/Nadox, SLTW, Bane, Tears of Saryrn & Yoppa's Rain of Venom, Spirit of the Howler are all candidates for those two spots, depending on content.

We're not throwaway dps anymore. When support is needed, we're a super support class, but if a mob isn't AEing the shit out of my group, I'm top20 dps np. Very nearly top 10 in fights that work against melee like Valik the Cruel does.

my lineup is usualy as follows

Vindictive Spirit
Malos
Turgur's Insects
Balance of Discord
Yoppa's mending
Spirit of Panther
Spiritual Serenity
Pained Memory
Champion

If I'm able to DPS it looks like

Nectar of Pain
Malos
Curse of Sisslak
Balance of Discord
Yoppa's mending
Spirit of Panther
Spiritual Serenity
Pained Memory
Champion

If i need to be curing and healing my group a bunch (and expect to have to rebuff people asap between ae's if they die or somethign)

Spirit of Fortitude
Malos
Turgur's Insects
Balance of Discord
Yoppa's mending
Blood of Nadox
Spiritual Serenity
Pained Memory
Wunshi's Focusing

lastly my "exploring" setup is
Nectar of Pain
Malos
Curse of Sisslak
Balance of Discord
Yoppa's mending
Gate
Spiritual Serenity
Pained Memory
Spirit Veil[/b]

(ps, my Valik the Cruel dps was SICK the other night... and i dont even have dmg focuses or extended determental focuses which could have added even more. That fight = shaman dps luv !)

I use /mem LOTS. I took some time to figure out how to maximize all 10 spellsets. Ended up with half my spellsets being single spell change-outs, for maximum flexibility and minimum hassle.

/mem p
2. panther

/mem r
2. root

/mem g
2. gate

/mem md
7. malicious decay

/mem c
9. cripple

Then there are the utility mini-spellsets.

/mem trav
2. levi
5. bih-li
8. self-invis
9. other invis

/mem rebuff
2. wunshi
7. fort
9. sense

My group buff spellset has pup on slot 1, to speed up refresh time and remind me to cast him first to receive grp buffs. I also chose to leave canni up.

/mem grp
1. pup
2. grp regen
3. grp wunshi
4. grp fort
5. grp agility
6. Infusion of Spirit
7. grp haste
8. canni
9. Bih Li

The 2 main workhorse spellsets I tailor to the particular camp. They will usually be identical except for 1 or 2 spells, so that I can flip-flop between m1 and m2 and have 10 or 11 working spells. This allows me, for example, to mem Idol of Malo and/or Malicious Decay, etc. just before the pull, then switch them out for a rain or another dot as we engage. Alternately, I'll switch out slot 9 Champion with the rain/nuke.

/mem m1
1. Malos
2. (panther)
3. HOT
4. Curse
5. BoD
6. quick heal
7. (poison dot)
8. canni
9. (rain)

/mem m2
1. Malos
2. (panther)
3. HOT
4. Curse
5. BoD
6. quick heal
7. (Malicious Decay)
8. canni
9. (Idol of Malos)

For raids, m1 and m2 can be very different.... one heavy with cures (usually m2), and the other with extra slows and/or debuffs.

I still occasionally use click-haste, very often click-root, and lots of click-slow. I also tend to BANDOLIER very, very often:

all on hotbank 3 ===>
1. SLOW (time's antithesis)
2. MELEE (Hammer of Hours)
3. Quick Heal (Goad of the Just 25% quick heal haste, coupled with range item switchout which has Ext. Range 5 item, and all this tied into ONE quickheal hotkey (#6 in hotbanks 1 and 3) so that hasted and ranged cast of Yoppa's, with Spam, take effect for crisis heals) [shift 2, 0 is self targeted quick heal panic button]
4. Snare (Hammer of Spiritcalling, snare potions in range and ammo)

Seeing as how little I /mem root, and how I am using Idol more often, I have replaced /mem r (slot 2) with /mem i (slot 1) for Idol. I intend to quickswap Idol in, drop the totem, then /mem m1 back to Malosinia in slot 1.

I think I'll call the strategy "Malosia" -- Malosinia with a ghetto -40 unresistable debuff to magic resistance. Best workaround I can come up with atm, and my fingers and habit have adapted quickly enough.

My group lineup normally runs as:

Ancient: Ancestral Calling
Ancient: Wilslik's Mending
Spiritual Serenity
Ghost of Renewal
Champion
Malos
[dot/Spirit of the Panther]
[dd]
Balance of Discord/Turgur's Insects

My raid lineup normally runs:

Ancient: Ancestral Calling
Ancient: Wilslik's Mending
Spiritual Serenity
Ghost of Renewal
Champion
Malos
[dot]
Ice Age
Balance of Discord (all the other shamans have TA's, so, I'm fast slowing until theirs sticks)

My solo lineup normally runs:

Ancient: Ancestral Calling
Ancient: Wilslik's Mending
Spiritual Serenity
Malos
Curse of Sisslak
Bane
Blood of Yoppa [will replace with Nectar of Pain when I get it]
Blood of Saryrn [will replace with Blood of Yoppa when I get Nectar of Pain]
[slow or utility spell]

I normally use root pants if I need root, it just seems to be hard to break that old habbit, even if it means a large drop in hp/mana/etc..., do many people still do this?

Just my 2 cp :)

(1) Balance of discord
(2) empty
(3) empty
(4) Malos
(5) Ancient canni
(6) SS
(7) Ancient mending
(8) Ghost of renewal
(9) empty

The above spell is permenantly mem. ( Rarely during solo , replace Ghost of renewal with either another Dots or Quies)

spell slot 2 , 3 and 9 = depends on grp mixture and situation, mix and match Dots, Ae slow , panther or champion. Rarely mem more than 1 DoTs in any grp situation.

clicky atm :
Root = clicky root ring from VT ( ring of immob)
Regular slow = TA
Sini = pandent of malosini
Extra grp heal = epic 1 5 and AA heal
Extra self heal = potion belt + Greater rabid bear
Gate = circle of smoke
