So, a while back I got the Eye of Rikkukin 40% poison focus. Few weeks ago I ended up finishing the DoD missions and getting Breath of Antraygus, our new "AE" nuke. I was pretty surprised to see that focus effects do work with it. Aren't most wiz/mag/etc... AE nukes unaffected by focus effects? At any rate, has made farming easier hehe. I suppose that focus effects working with it, is the bonus we get for the AE only being 30 percent. Err, I mean, 15:)

It works because foci specifically exclude spells with target type AE and PBAE. BoA has target type "gibberish which means frontal cone", so it's not excluded.
