50% is scrm - Still can get up to 85% with other focii - see the link in Shaman Gear up on the dropdowns

8th shawl is only 70% on below 65 ()

Extended Enhancement focus effects of whatever variety stack freely with extension from Spell Casting Reinforcement AAs.

I'm not sure at all what Lungo is saying about the shawl...

Focus is which is 20% extension for spells < Level 65

Kind of off the original topic, but that question has been answered already. In reply to Sabraaz - if you've done the dreadspire access quest you can camp for Vivisector's Choker, which has 30% extension to 70.
