The Spirit Realm

I just got this spell and while doing research on it, am getting conflicting information. Posts on Allas state a 75 percent slow but posts her refer to a 25% slow which is quite a difference.

Can someone please clarify this

why read posts wwhen you can just read which triggers on the mobs

the benefit is it has a high chance to proc and there is a certain few mobs (fd single target mobs that arent immune to slow) that the tank needs to build up alot of agro before attack is callled...and casting discord 3 seconds before the tank FD's is bad for shaman health...or in places where theres gonna be 60 mobs pop and you got 12 knightsto buff with it...very limited use spell, very situational. some monks like it on pulling, dunno why, waste of a buff slot imo
