Incoming nerf of Spiritual Surge ?

Hello,

I read that our new AE heal (doing 3 waves of 4k heal) is going to be nerfed next patch.
3 x 4k heal is too much ?
At Rk2 it does for me around 11k (no crit) to 22-24k (crit) per wave...
