In fairness, they didn't fully insult [laugh] us in making Hastened Rabidity a requirement to get GRB, just the previous, and better, Rabid Bear from Luclin.
I remember a quote from back in PoP release days, I think it may have been from Chutoi
"Hastened Rabidity is proof that not only does SOE hate us, but they think we are stupid too."
What does GRB do to this statement?

Rogue with or without disc is too much. 400 is the over/under I think, since that's about equal to "dps mode" with normal spells, only this would be with melee / low-resist procs.

VotB has an annoying 30-second wait period after you cast it, which I suspect was introduced after the "sucks your mana dry" part was removed. Bah, I really wish I'd seen the Frenzy line as it used to be - the changes are so long ago that Lucy doesn't even pick up on them....
The silence period is also something that Lucy doesn't show, although it's there under attrib5 if you look under raw details.
I'm still wondering just how much of EQ is constrained by the original level 50 caps though. ATK certainly is, and from some experiments with AC we don't really get much return at all once we cross the magic 1000 AC (whereas below that is a huge difference).
I guess that's the price you pay for sticking go-faster stripes on an ancient engine!
