Shaman Werewolf illusion aa?

So my shaman is nowhere near the aa levels, only lvl 21, but i have noticed several times that some high lvl shamans have a black werewolf illusion. What is this aa called? How many points is it? What does it do other than an werewolf illusion? What level do i have to be to get it?
I just love illusions and werewolf has always been one of my favorite models

It is called Pact of the Wolf. I believe all 3 lvls are 9aa each. The first is pretty much just the illusion with a vision/haste buff. The second and third rank make getting the aa worth it, since they add hp/mana. The second rank is 400hp/400mana, and I believe the third rank is the same. I only have the second rank right now, so I could be wrong about the third rank's actuall numbers. Once I get to 85 I will make this one of the first purchases, along with Canni.

The third rank is 500/500, that's its only difference from rank 2.

Ah, was hoping it would add about the same rnk 2 did. Still won't complain about a 100hp/mana increase though.

What levels can i train Pact of the Wolf?

EDIT: can train at 75 for the first rank, answered my own question
