Silent Casting question

I have only got Silent Casting rank 1 so far, it's not been that high on my priority list. But I have a question about it.

When you cast a spell with SC5 running, my understanding is that it reduces agro by 100%. I.e. you should get no agro from casting that spell.

However, does casting the spell still put you on the agro list?

In particular, if you heal a non FD puller with agro, who subsequently FDs, will that train of mobs run over to you, or will it forget you and wander away, as if you'd never healed?

I know clerics can use divine arbitration on pullers without risk of agro, does Silent Casting work the same way?
