You can get that list in game yourself. It's a long list, so it's best to put on /log, then look at your log file out of game. In game, type /log. Then type /alt list. /log again if you want to turn off your log, personally I have mine on 100% of the time. Outside EQ, in the Logs folder of your Everquest folder, you'll find "eqlog_kintai_servername.txt". Open that file with whatever you like, the list will have been recorded there. Pretty much every text editor (including MS Notepad) uses [ctrl]+f to bring up their Find function. Put in "Frenzied Cannibalization", and you'll go right to it. Other shm AA should be right around it.
