Uh... they fixed the whole "It's a spectral for one class and an ethereal for another" ages ago. Now all spells are returned for the lowest parchment that they are for any class. If it's a 65 spell for one class and a 61 for another (Say, Pacification, 61 for enchanters, 65 for clerics) you get it from an ethereal parchment, regardless of which class trainer you hand it in to.
