Abundant Healing

Has anyone seen this proc at ALL? I have done spiritual channeling and chain wislik's in hall, and have not had it fire once. I have rank 4 /5 at the moment. Other shaman I talk to has rank 5, and has not had it fire at all either.

AH works, my boyfriend (cleric) has it maxed and while he doesn't get a message, we can see/compare that when he heals me I get a little HoT in my bard box. It looks the same as the icon for GoM though, so don't get that confused.
He has both maxed btw, and both go off for him no problem. However, I didn't buy AH personally because I see that it doesn't go off that often, even when maxed, and I have better things to spend those 25AA on.

Something is seriously whack with these abilities. I just did a parse in guild hall with Ancient: Wilslik's Mending + Spiritual Channeling. Casted it 129 times, and managed to get Abundant Healing to fire 10 times. Gift of Mana fired 0 times in all of that. Yet in my previous (very small parse) I was able to get gift of mana to fire about ~10% of the time, and Abundant Healing to fire none at all.
