Gnoll illusion working only in VH zone

Hello,

During the task "The Arms of Brell" in VH you have to tailor a gnoll disguise, a clicky item with illusion gnoll. It disappears when used in the task. I did the combine again after finishing the task, got the clicky item, it works (and does not disappears) if you get the task again, but it works only in VH zone .

I heard people with AA to keep illusion zoning maybe able to keep gnoll illusion
