The quest rewards from basically all the field of scales give bones you use for this, you need some faction with the herald to buy a Bone Wiring Tools(http://lucy.allakhazam.com/item.html?id=42782) to combine em in.

you need to combine the parts of an iksar body, they are

Left Hand - Idle Hands
Right Hand - Evil Afoot
Left Lower Arm - Supplies
Left Upper Arm - Parley with Ganak
Right Lower Arm - Raising Cabilis
Right Upper Arm - Food Supplies
Left Lower Leg - Broodling in the Hand
Left Upper Leg - Sarnak Recovery (Burynai)
Right Lower Leg - The Grudge
Right Upper Leg - Sarnak Recovery (Kurn)
Right Ribcage - Purify the Body
Left Ribcage - The Grand Illusion
Tail Bones - The Skull of the Ancient
Spine Bones - Cutting Off The Arms
Right Foot Bones - Dark Sentry
Left Foot Bones - Drake Scourge
Hip Bone - Sarnak Recovery (Sokokar)
Jawbone - Lost and Found

you combine:
Iksar Torso Bone Assembly - Right Ribcage, Left Ribcage, Hip bone, Spine Bones
Iksar Right Arm Bone Assembly - Right Upper Arm, Right Lower Arm, Right hand
Iksar Left Arm Bone Assembly - Left Upper Arm, Left Lower Arm, Left hand
Iksar Left Leg Bone Assembly - Left Upper Leg, Left Lower Leg, Left Foot
Iksar Right Leg Bone Assembly - Right Upper Leg, Right Lower Leg, Right Foot

ok, i've completed just about every step of this but one quest i just can't seem to finish: Sarnak Recovery (Kurn)

I get to the 3rd step just fine, where I have to find Kurn, however he's no where to be found anywhere in the zone, ever. I've even gone so far as to have a couple of ranger friends scour the entire zone trying to track him with no luck whatsoever, what am I missing?
