I'm EP'd and I never killed all the sol ro minis. What my guild did (and it should be easier now) is to have a handful of people that were flagged, zone them into the chamber and have the non-flagged be invited and raided in. The unflagged people can safely leave the raid and not be booted from the chamber if they are flagged for the zone only. Since now you can invite from anywhere and only need 85% (5 ppl in group flagged, get 6th invited, zone them in, remove from group, rinse, repeat). Can get as many people as you want into the chamber that way. So just worry about killing Sol Ro himself

From what I've heard, that quest is either a myth, or non-functional.
