Convex Focal Disk Mark I is from the Creepfeet Thievery task in Loping. You have to head towards the goblin fort, and get an update along the way on the path there (near the last wagon on the road). After that you kill 10 goblins and a named pops (yellow con at 79, flurrys). Kill him and he drops 6 pendants. Loot one and hand it in to quest giver.

The foundry location was VERY sensitive, you need to be on the exact loc, the rest all worked first click, and the map locations were added while standing on the exact spot.

NB: If you are trying to convert the above to in game LOCS you need to reverse the +/- and swap the numbers, actual loc for foundry would be 1130, -253 for example.
