Shaman can heal the group to deal with the AE dmg. So if you get cleric to keep tank up, the AE stuff dont bother a single group much. I did it a while ago, kept my whole group up. Rest of the groups were going down, mine stayed up 8)

When we did mine, we had about 2 groups of mostly EP geared, a couple Qvic. AE was annoying, but just took a long time.

Only thing thats annoying is that damn dirty stun.
