A Shop Keeper's Delight question

Kill 20 Supply Runners in Relic - Anybody know the best place to camp these buggers (solo that is). Right now, I'm set up just outside Tellen's stand waiting for a runner to wakl in from the south. Then I pull him over and dot him down. Thing is, I don't think there's a guarantee the runner will come from the south. I've been waiting more then 10 minutes (respawn is supposed to be 3) and a runner hasn't come from the south (at least 2 have come from the east though).

Anyhoo, any good spot to set up to get the runners? Also, do the customers assist the runners? I know the big Tellengard's do.

Some people kill their runners at zone in

when you zone in, if you turn basically 90 degrees to your right. you will see some undead mobs, but in the furthest right corner is where a runner spawns. I had been sitting on spawn point to camp these, but i had my pally with me.
