To clarify:

1. Funerary Curate drops the Funeral Donation Pouch. He is located in the south crypt area off the west guest bedrooms.

2. Crypt Dust is a groundspawn inside a crypt in the north crypt area off the west bedrooms. [Edit: can also spawn on the ground in that area, not just inside the crypt.]

3. Elixir of Velvet Blood is a groundspawn in the Lab off the Ballroom area.

4. Gronk One-Eye paths between the Pit and the Lab. Can pull him from either end, or go into the tunnels and kill him.
