Barindu sewers

I'm working on the BiC quest and have been stuck on the sewers drops for months now. I have 2 of the 4 drops that I need off the named in the different instances but at the moment I have at least 50 hours in the Emanating Crematory and havent seen a named yet. Anyone have any advice on a way to get the drops I need.

Go in, kill ~20 mobs and track or have FDer train in and check for spawns. The named/named ph mobs don't spawn til you kill about 20. >< If nothing is up or if it's too deep, get a new expedition.
