Location of Elder Spirit of Enlightenment in new FP

Hi,
anyone found Elder Spirit of Enlightenment in revamped Freeport? I stumble around, but can't find him.
Any help appreciated.

I'm not sure which one you're talking about being on the rooftops. I cant find the 1.0 epic npc "a greater spirit" whom I can't find anywhere and I checked the roof on Povar. On povar at least, the "enlightened" one is always up on the 2nd floor of the Jade Tiger but he's for 1.5/2.0
Is anyone other than myself having trouble locating the 1.0 npc? Wondering if he is down/gone on other servers so can anyone verify that the have seen "a greater spirit" up in WFP since the revamp? I'll petition again today I suppose.
