Just to update, I wasn't expecting any help from anyone in game. However I received an email less than two hours after I sent my first email saying that the zone would be reset for me and I was able to get the ring this evening! I never have used the email service before but must say I am suprised. My petition that I sent in game hadnt even been looked at yet. If anyone has any issues perhaps will have the same luck I did. I am glad I didnt have to wait until the next patch. The GM who assisted me was Pugigi btw. Thanks again for the reply Brohg and, like you, am so grateful to have such an item. Good luck to any other shaman wishing to do this quest)
