A large amount of faction will earn a charm of fearsome power, and those whose reputations have reached the pinnacle of possibility will receive their choice of items: one of three augments of exceeding rarity or a ring that provides travel to Shard's Landing every two hours. Only one reward may be earned, though, so choose wisely!

So to extend on this, you also have to complete the Quest Shard Experiences: http://rof.eqresource.com/shardexperiences.php on top of having max Ally to get the rewards that Piestro showed (It comes from an Achievement that requires both that quest win and Max Ally with the faction)

You can collect the 91-100 level shard and 1 that ISN'T level 91-100 (so like the 75-90 or what not) before RoF launches to do the quest faster, the other 2 pieces you need only come from or start dropping with RoF (from what I can tell)
