Lucy shows proc rate data directly. I can't access from work, but take a look at cleric summoned hammer (630%), Darkblade of the Warlord (155%, iirc), Ethereal Destroyer (85%). Every weapon without that field showing has the base proc rate of 100%.

Would be great to have a personalised quest and reward for dinging 1000AA's - there's isn't all that many people who do that many after all

To have done it on a PvP server before instanced zones, well instanced zones with actual decent experience, and when there were four different servers, is worthy of a reward. To do it now on a PvP server, if that is what anyone wants to call it, might be worthy of a reward, I haven't played on the new "Zek" server. To do it on a blue server really ain't that big a deal.

yeah, your budy xhief zek GM made the quest for long time player who reached a milestone in AA, and stayed on zek server when 50% moveloged...2 months later he is ending it...in part because of the 300 emails hegot because of a certain post on a class board...
