Epic 1.5 - 2.0 scaling to lvl 85-90

Do you continue to use the 2.0 epic at 85+ or do HoT weapons make it obsolete?

The click effect on the shaman 1.5/2.0 does not degrade with levels so will always be useful but the worn effect has degraded to make it useless long ago
10: Critical Damage Mob (110)
11: Increase Chance to Critical Hit by 65% with All Skills
12: Increase Hitpoints v2 by 500 per tick

Just finished 1.5 and have the hard (raid) part of 2.0 done already, does look like the worn effect drops fast after lvl 75. What main hand weapon should I be working for that wont require to much raiding going up to 85+?
I see a lot of comments on a "TA" weapon with a click slow but can't find the name of the item in question?

But that doesn't matter anymore since there is now a slow AA, when looking for a weapon anymore your just looking at overall stats like any other item.
