Low on Rum task - TBS hand quest

which priates drop the rum for this task been killing pirates for a while still can't seem to get any drops, i assume the pirates on Jordals hook island but which ones lol /boggle

They can be very rare. they drop on first isle with quest givers.

The ones on the island with the big boat bar. Pull the mobs out of the bar. They seemed to drop them more. I did this for two characters. Doing this i had a druid so was able to harmonize the mobs. Otherwise u get multiples.
Drop rate of all other mobs around the ship on outside was far worse.
