Max Ally

So as not to further derail this thread - http://crucible.samanna.net/viewtopic.php?t=5522 - I figured I'd start a new one since we seem to have people with knowledge on it.

There were a few examples listed of differences of factions within tiers already, but can anyone think of a specific example of a quest that works at Max ally but not mid / min ally faction?
