Naw, the last bloods / bazus were awesome. Completely fair and provided a very nice way to juggle your foci without 'too' much difficulty. The complaints came in with the sublime augs making them too powerful.

The nerf is still very much up in the air. The devs have said repeatedly that they have not comitted to any course of action and 'no action' is still among the viable options. I personally wouldn't be surprised if they just rode out the storm of complaints and officially said they're not going to do anything after all the whiners have occupied themselves elsewhere more heatedly for a while.
