Im not linking this to suggest you use my gear, im linking it because im sure you wont get very many different answers then what I got when I asked for a level 55 gear check.

Continue to upgrade to energaic, it is one of the best armors at that lvl, with usefull foci. Weaponwise late a look at the Soulstripper, its VT proc helped me quite often. Take a look at the Charm of Lore quest starting in Crescent Reach, even only with the drops in CR, Blightfire, Hive and parts of Mesa and Roost, it will be a good upgrade to your current Kobold Charm.
The chainpants are nice for their FT 3, but their AC is horriblem you can do much better, but thats a personal descision.

Pet: politely ask a high lvl mage for summoned armor, focibag, mask and appropriate 2 weapons (fists of ixiblat) and give them to your pet. Except the armor bracer give it a focus DD bracer instead, use the BA bracer yourself. Before you log, get a shroud, this will allow your pet to keep its items for as long as it stays alive.
