Beneficial and Detrimental extension to 75

OK,

Much as it pains me to admit it, Hipitey uses the "hive silk pearl necklace" from "lost gnomes" (hard) for my beneficial extension (it still gives 1 extra tick on halycon breeze).

Does anyone know of a Detrimental to 75 and a beneficial to 75 that a CASUAL at least NON-RAID shaman can get?
I looked over the praetorian armor in lucy and noen of the pieces seem to have either focus.

I usually have a group of three, 75 monk (me), 75 Shaman (me) and 75 Cleric (friend).

I couldn't find anything for Beneficial except this But there is no info on it.

For Detrimental I found these:

which is 20% extension and this:

which is a 15% extension.

I am in a very simular boat as Ugnbash's shaman. Im a casual shaman (granted on FV so i can buy a lot more) who hates focus effects cause they are a pain to get. I got a fabled shissar ring as my detremental extension and using the drape of unending for bene extension.

What im really lacking and care about is spell haste, using the bleh DoD aug w/ quickening of druzzil.

Is there a spell haste 6 aug or item that can be gotten without crazy dedication etc?

i hate focus effects, especially when they raise the lvl cap..
