My wish came true for Fabled 07 and there was indeed a Fabled Emissary Oomgado and to my surprise, the Fabled item was the one and only Boots of Shadow Walking which I put on my wish list back in '02.
I camped the camp, I spawned the spawn and now I am the proud owner of an EQ trinket with utility. These babies were definately a Must Have for me.
The boots don't appear to be listed in AllaKhazam's yet, though the Fabled Emissary Oomgado is listed /boggle
I can't recall the stats on the Fabled version, I only care about the clicky.
Just insert "Fabled", add a few miscellaneous numbers, read Class: .. SHM .. and feel the joy:
Boots of Shadow Walking

AGI: +12
Effect: Shadow Step (Must Equip) at Level 24
WT: 3.0 Size: MEDIUM
Class: WAR CLR PAL RNG SHD BRD ROG BER
Race: ALL
Slot 1, Type 7

I have been unable to use the SS boots to get past Yar'Lir's door after it has locked, despite the opening being almost big enough that you should be able to stroll through it.
Other than that, it has gotten me past a lot of locked doors. In fact the first thing I camped after getting them was the Journeyman's Walking Stick (from Baron Yosig who resides behind a locked door), so I can confirm that they work in Seb just fine. I camped the normal ones a while ago for my Paladin, and just picked up a couple fabled pairs for my alt shammy and cleric. Easily one of my favorite clickies.

Slight derail: looking at my Magelo, do you guys who've taken down the Fabled Oomgado reckon I'd have a chance, solo? I'd prefer not to have to rope anyone else into a long, boring camp if at all possible.

I just picked up tonight. Took me about 45 minutes.
Fabled Ring of the Shissar
MAGIC ITEM LORE ITEM NO TRADE
Slot: FINGER
AC: 22
STR: +12 DEX: +12 STA: +18 CHA: +12 WIS: +18 INT: +18 AGI: +12 HP: +265 MANA: +245 ENDUR: +245
SV FIRE: +15 SV MAGIC: +15 SV POISON: +35
Spell Shield: +3% Stun Resist: +3% DoT Shielding: +3% Regeneration: +4 Mana Regeneration: +4
Recommended level of 75. Required level of 70.
Focus: Draton'ra's Perpetuation
It's a 15% (to 75) detrimental extension, and I'm debating whether its enough to finally ditch my fear trial mask (25% to 70, 12.5% at 75) for the DoD quest mask that I've been toting around.
Definitely a nice shammy item though. I had a full group with me, but I daresay I could have soloed it without much trouble. HoT was plenty to keep me up whenever I had aggro, even on the unslowable ones.
Just kill fabled taskmasters in the ssra basement until you have all four parts.

The Fabled Backpack off of the alternating (based on time of day) Fabled Warlord aliens in the southernmost cave in Shadeweaver's Thicket) is only 75% WR, so probably not a must have (it's also a long, boring camp). If you put an item in the bag and then look at the bag's description, it says Fabled Backpack (Augmented).
