First gear check...

This is my first gear check here. My guild is almost into demi (Dam Queen). Any upgrades you guys think i need that should be attainable? I know im missing many anguish augs, my dice hate me. Im working the TBS progression ring to take the place of the murky pearl ring. I need to get a new ear i know that. I have all expansions. Thanks for the help.

couple of thoughts/recommendations:

Get Porthio's mask (60% healing to lvl 72) then ditch Anguish gloves for GM Gloves + LB Poison Focus then replace Rikku Eye with something that has either better mod2's or a missing focus. Replace existing shoulders with Hood of the Relic Born for a 15% increase in your Disease Focus then look to replace your existing shield with either Vish shield (for MR focus) or Roley shield (good stats and detri range). Tris has a decent charm that maxes around 345hp/mana.

Really tho it's a nice setup for where you are content wise with your gear... the only glaring problem is with your augs, so you should order a new pair of dice post haste.
