Re-introducing the Groupable Gear Lists

I've decided to revive the listing of groupable gear by archetype. The first page is for visible slot gear, at http://samanna.net/gen.info/g.visible.shtml

I envision having another page for non-visible slot single-groupable gear, but I am less familiar with the available items.

If you know of a single-groupable item of 150 HP or more which is not restricted to, say, just Knights, or just one class, please list it and where it drops or how it is obtained; also, let me know of any needed corrections.

In this day and age of level 75 and groupable gear of over 200 HP per slot, I don't think it's worthwhile to list stuff of less than 150 HP. I've decided to list only the item Name, HP, AC, and how obtained. You all know how to use Lucy or whatever, and linking everything takes a lot of time.
