Well, not all of these are over 70 hp, but~
from in W. Ashengate. Can pull the camp to zonein or go further west, but he's not too far in. We usually set up just inside the West door from hub area and pull Argil Oppressor and Brimstone Juggernaut to make random twinks/friends happy. This is IMO probably the best aug of the bunch if you've got room for it in your shield.

from Galvanized Guardian in W. Ashengate. I think I remember fighting him while camping on the bridge that's OTW to Arbiter of Ash area, but I could be misremembering.

seems to be a zonewide rare in Ashengate, have seen it drop from trash mobs in West wing personally though.

I know there are a few other decent augs in Frostcrypt as well but they're escaping me atm, I know there is a zone rare I want.

Some random augs from tasks:
for completing the line of tasks from Scout Zyran/Scout the other guy that's right next to him. Bring a solid group for the 4 outpost named. If you can get the Gray Legion mobs in managable numbers the're easy enough to solo "in teh face" (can also root rot them...but where's the fun in that?), and my gimp sub 10k unbuffed self was able to tank the named np for a group.

from an incredibly simple set of tasks starting with Gygun Urulump at location -2655, -1315, +205 in Sunderock. If you can invis and get past the Guardians of the Gate in Direwind you can do these tasks in 15 minutes w/o killing anything.

from the task which starts in Valdeholm.

That's all I can think of atm, these are all easily one groupable or soloable.
