Power factor: How many lang.`s you're mastered in.

Can this go above 100%?



Power factor: How long you're in a zone for.

I assume this is junk - the tipt charm (same power factor) took ~4 hours to get to max. I assume it only goes up to 100%, like the tipt charm.



Power factor: How low you're carrying weight is.

I heard at 6 wt. it had 1078 hp, so obviously this does go over 100%. But I wonder what it's at at say, 70 wt.

Any more info on these items would be great.
