Piercing Weapon for Non-Raider

Is there a good Piercing weapon like the Rune Etched Icewurm Fang
http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=3969 that a non raider can get for levels past 50 that would be an upgrade to the REIF?

The TA seems to be unique: Long, steel-tipped, 4 outrider prongs, and the tip is on fire. That it's still worth wielding at level 70, unlike the epic 1.0, is a bonus.
