Max out your 26 languages and try buying a from the bazaar, big upgrade over the charm. Eventhough it has a recommended level, as long as your language skills are max you'll get the max stats from it.

Hmm, might have to try that. It'd be a nice item to have at my level.

Only problem is trying to get some people to spam crap to me till my skill is maxed.. And I'd have to do it 26 times.
