Aye, HP augs all the way. Get over the old LDON-era notions that +resist augs are worth anything. The DON aug with +10 to all resists may be an exception, but resists are over-rated anyway, especially for a non-raider like you. If you did get hit by a mob spell/AE, chances are it's so low damage or can be cured via your AA so quick it doesn't really make a difference. Next, refund the Burnished Moonstone for crystals to buy HP augs or better gear. You're a shaman, stat boosts is in your nature, you don't need an aug to boost irrelevant stats. You should be very near your stat caps with buffs anyways, and why do you even care about stats? STR, DEX, AGI, WIS all can come with gear, and even if they don't, you're still going to be an effective shaman because low stats doesn't hold you back.
And like the common wisdom is, please do not put in +mana augs. There is a small school of druid-like shaman who believe in mana augs (and the related +FT AAs expansive mind etc), but you have to realize that there are 2 classes that rely on the HP pools rather than the size of their mana pools for an effective spell-casting reservoir -- shamans and necros. HP all the way, not +mana; shamans convert HP to mana, so having more HP means a beefier shaman and a better spell-casting shaman.
Besides, with OOC regen from the TSS expansion, all of this is near irrelevant anyways for most classes.
Other than these things, you're looking good in focus aug selection. You have the basics -- spell haste, improved healing, extended range, burning affliction, mana preservation, extended duration... Improved damage aug is kinda irrelevant, as rains aren't improved by them, and I hope you don't rely too much on old-school shammy nukes for damage -- they're expensive, inefficient, and weak to be of any use really. Rains do more damage and are more efficient mana-wise, but are pretty situational. Rely on Spirit of Leopard (you did buy SoL from the DON merchants, yes?) or the new Talisman of the Panther when you get 71 for damage, and a couple of your best DOTs.. Nectar of Pain and Curse of Sisslak. In this vein, it may be worth it to get an Affliction Efficiency 5 Omens aug from the bazaar, altho that may be very, very expensive for you.
Soloing the Nest can get you not only XP and AAs, but also MDS to sell for your cash needs. Alternatively, if you're grinding a bunch of Creators, that too will get you MDS if you're pretty lucky with the RNG.
