Don't worry about gear, you will get some from your guild pretty quickly (it will be 2nd line stuff as far as the guild is concerned but solid upgrades for you).
Concentrate on your playing skills and paying attention to what is going on. Make sure you know the strategies for the mobs you are fighting. Way more important than gear.
Group up with your new guildies at ever opportunity in non-raid time.
Help them get the flags/quests/missions they need first before asking for help yourself.
If anyone want's to do a DoD mission do your best to join them - there is guarenteed cursor loot from every successful mission, and those loots will be upgrades for you. This gets you in with your guildies, it gets you some upgrades, and it makes people think you are a team player - nothing worse than a new guildie who is a me-me-me player.
Make some audio triggers for raid invite and group invite.

No bazaar gear will cut the mustard if you're apping a CoA/Tacvi guild. In my opinion you should be working a couple paths. First is raid gear. Take a look at your guild's DKP system (or whatever you use) and determine which loots from CoA/Tacvi are going to low dkp holders and/or are rotting. Make a list of 5-10 upgrades out of those items. When they drop, bid and take them regardless of how nice you think the item you currently have is. Your gear needs a major overhaul to catch up so don't be overly picky.
Because you're not being overly picky about your raid drops, you may want to look at DoN crystal bought augs to tide your focus effects over for a bit (This is where you can spend your cash). For example, if you're able to pick up Tacvi boots because they are already on rot status for your guild you'll lose your preservation of Xegony focus. That hurts but could be mitigated by buying crystals and adding a Mana Preservation V aug from DoN to the boots for a bit. When you find raid level mana preservation finally you can sell back your aug and pick up 50hp augs.
You should also be looking at single group gear as mentioned above. Look at the slots you're not targeting above for raid loot and then go find the corresponding DoD and MPG single group trial loots. The DoD missions are nice for guaranteed loots. The MPG single group trial loots are very solid upgrades at probably every slot you have, and will tide you over on those slots until you improve your guild standing and can be more selective for raid gear replacements.
Other single group things you can obtain in the short term for big upgrades: Arena Champion's Badge, Slipgear's Gem, The relic quested Ear and Ring, Dain MM aug, Flight of the Seeker shoulders (resist clicky).
The other thing you might consider doing right now is picking up the DoN resist augs. There is a +12 to all resists, +10 to all resists and +8 to all resists available. They are pretty cheap.
I noticed that you have your epic 1.5 already. Start work on your 2.0 as most anguish guilds put the orb you need for it on rot status fairly quickly. You should also look to improve your clicky heals if possible. The PoR T1 quest chest is clicky SS. Get that asap, it's very useful. Bid on your Tacvi spear. The clicky heal is primo and the spear is a worn upgrade until you get 2.0.
Dont' get discouraged, it will take some time, but you can catch up very quickly with some effort and help from your guildies.

Awesome. I'll check those out. One or two of those should get me to +200 in all, and 300 in a couple.

Bought two of the resist stones and threw them in my rings. Also bought two more 55 HP augs. Been running Nest with a bard, necro, mage, rogue and warrior for a few hours. We rip through them like they're nothing. It is also a lot more fun main healing, imo.
