Gear help? Duo with Ranger

I am currently a 42 Iksar Shaman who likes to look ahead. My current magelo link is correct. I have a 10k HP Ranger which is my main and geared Qvic Plus. I dont have the time to raid anymore hence this Ranger being non-upgraded in about a year plus.

What I am looking for is equipment I should try and get for my Shaman. I am not in a power level rush, but I do have my Ranger help me level when I dont have time to group him. I have about 200k pp in the bank atm, and do single groups all over with my ranger (have not got lucky on any rolls for future shaman upgrades).

What areas should I try and stay in for equipment drops for shammy (while playing ranger)? What areas can I solo for shammy must haves?
