If given the oportunity to get the Tier 2 BP, I'd get one. Unfortunately, it's uber expensive DKP-wise, where as I could get several higher priority upgrades in the time it would take to earn the DKP needed.

FYI, the reason to get the BP is for the clicky effect , 40% detrimental resist rate lowering is more than just uber, it's almost needed for a few mobs to slow them. The difference between 5 and 7 ticks isn't a whole bunch, but could mean the difference in getting the mob slowed or not. I would definately go and get the Tier 1 BP ASAP though (hell, I still need to do that. . ., perhaps when a few guildies are bored).

Forgot to mention that the recast time on the Tier 2 BP is 5 minutes, where the Tier 1 BP is 10 minutes, so that is also another consideration. Looking at your magelo, I doubt you would wear the Tier 1 BP, but the Tier 2 one would be pretty good to wear for some time (cultural + last blood aug period). Plus 25% savings on the ancient heal isn't that bad to have, especially when you are called on to spam heal the tank (rare, but it does happen).

Our drop rate for AMV dropping the part is dismal . . . We've had a total of 9 drop since the first dropped for LC back on 23 OCT 2005. He is teh suck. Plus, until I recently upgraded the slot, I've been wanting to get an off of him, he's dropped 3 in that time period (1 since I've joined the guild). Now, in CoA, if I see another weapon drop, I'm going to hit someone upside the head at the developer's room.

Heh, that's what I upgraded to actually, went to that from the from PoE, too much of an upgrade to pass up while waiting on the damned Amice.

The boots part has dropped for us much more than the Amice, odd. . . Think we've had like 10 or so of them drop so far.

The difference between Bazu and Last Blood augs are the stats, the focuses are the same from what I've seen. I'd like to see more bazu augs, but we're killing Vule atm (4 kills, about 8 more for the whole guild to get flagged).
