I have mine bandoliered and use it whenever I am not hunting with Rangers..... which is about 5 days a year. :wink:

where is this "roamer wurm" you speak of? I haven't hunted in VP since the revamp because I was working on max ally faction for the quests, which are all now obsolete and banked lol, so now its time for me to destroy my faction again.
New VP is about the same as elemental mobs right? hits for about 700, mostly slowable, etc?

I believe the wurm name is Elder Ekron - Roams to the zone in and back up, but I think four different wurms roam to the zone in. This guy seems to have a range of items, but I haven't killed it very many times to confirm.

These mini named did not drop the spear, I think I exhausted there loot lists.

Travenro the skygazer
Blood Thirst Racnor
Magma Basilisk

I camped the rancor area for hours before and never had a mini named pop there, there might be.. I just haven't seen it. I never killed much past this area to check for named spawns.. but it kinda dead to a door I can't open, maybe I need a rogue.
